Shipping & Delivery
All Plak Smacker online orders will be shipped via FedEx. When submitting your order, you will be given a choice of delivery options; please select the best option to fit your needs, and if you have any questions, please email or call us and we will be sure to help.
WITHIN 30 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE
Products are accepted for refund or exchange within 30 days of the invoice date with a valid Returned Authorization Materials (RMA) number. Please call Customer Service at (800) 558-6684 to obtain an RMA number and have your invoice available for reference. Items must be returned in new, resalable condition in the original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges that are not the fault of Plak Smacker.
30-60 DAYS PAST INVOICE DATE
Returns 30-60 days past the invoice date are eligible only for an exchange with a valid Returned Authorization Materials (RMA) number. Please call Customer Service at (800) 558-6684 to obtain an RMA number and have your invoice available for reference. Items must be returned in new, resalable condition in the original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to all exchanges.
60+ DAYS PAST INVOICE DATE
Returns and exchanges are not accepted 60 days past the date of the invoice.
DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING
Returns related to damage during shipping must be reported to Customer Service within 15 days of the invoice date.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
No discontinued items will be accepted for return or exchange. Items within three months of expiration will also not be accepted for return or exchange.
Credits will be given in the amount of purchase price. Any discounted products will be adjusted accordingly. Credits are valid up to 90 days after the date of the credit. RMA numbers are valid for up to 30 days from the date of issuance. Merchandise returned after the expiration of the RMA number will not be accepted for credit.
All returns should be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise instructed by customer service.

Care should be taken in packing return items to ensure they will be received in the same condition as the original shipment. Damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any product received without a valid RMA number will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense.
